About this position:
We are seeking a talented, bright, and energetic professional experienced in customer success or account/project management with a public health background to join our team. You must have exceptional communication (both written and oral), organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills. Engaging with middle-to-senior level management of our clients, we need someone who is very personable, reliable, and composed enough to build and maintain trusting relationships. The Public Health Program Manager will need to think creatively and systematically to often determine the root cause of a problem, quickly analyze potential solutions, and make clear and informed recommendations in a poised manner. This role is a permanent position that will help manage, retain, and upsell our expanding client base. The position is fast paced, highly visible to leadership, and offers exciting potential for growth. You will work closely with the Executive Director of Government and Public Health Programs to collaboratively manage multiple complex projects and ensure client satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as an expert in all aspects of Pacify public health programs and partnerships
- Manage on-going support of current clients (8-10 at any given time) and future clients which includes but is not limited to on-boarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and maintaining high levels of overall client satisfaction
- Maintain or establish a trusted and strategic relationship with clients to drive continued value of our programs and ensure sustainability
- Coordinate with internal technical, operational, sales, marketing, and design teams to ensure delivery of projects according to the agreed upon scope and schedule
- Manage client expectations by building relationships, communicating project status and open issues, preparing reports, managing change, generating innovative ideas, and facilitating regular meetings
- Utilize sound judgment in assessing client relationship health; identifying, mitigating, and resolving problems that may arise
- Provide ongoing support and management of new business initiatives, software upgrades, and enhancements
- Work with Executive Director of Government and Public Health Programs to support client account growth and drive ongoing project activities in support of the client’s strategic objectives
- Contribute to continuous process improvements within the organization
- Ensure that all practices are carried out in a professional and ethical manner to maintain the company’s reputation as a high-quality solutions provider
- Attend conferences, present abstracts/poster presentations, and proudly and accurately represent Pacify
Qualifications:

- 4+ years of client-facing work/project management

- A deep understanding of Public Health (specifically maternal and child health) and the ability to speak about it comfortably
- Impeccable oral and written communication skills

Required Education:
- Master’s degree in Public Health (MPH) or equivalent experience
