About this position:
We are seeking a talented, bright, and energetic professional experienced in customer success or account/project management with a public health background to join our team. You must have exceptional communication (both written and oral), organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills. Engaging with middle-to-senior level management of our clients, we need someone who is very personable, reliable, and composed enough to build and maintain trusting relationships. The Public Health Program Manager will need to think creatively and systematically to often determine the root cause of a problem, quickly analyze potential solutions, and make clear and informed recommendations in a poised manner. This role is a permanent position that will help manage, retain, and upsell our expanding client base. The position is fast paced, highly visible to leadership, and offers exciting potential for growth. You will work closely with the Executive Director of Government and Public Health Programs to collaboratively manage multiple complex projects and ensure client satisfaction.
