Pacify provides in-person and virtual doula support across the state of PA in partnership with payors.
About this position:
As Pacify is expanding doula services in Pennsylvania, we are looking for a provider that can provide approval for doula services for Medicaid populations. Providers must be a Pennsylvania credentialed MA provider and we will accept the following provider types:
- Physician
- Physician Assistant
- Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner
- Certified Nurse Midwife
- Licensed Professional Counselor
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker
- Licensed Psychologist
Duties and responsibilities:
- Review the Pennsylvania the Department of Human Services Doula Services Recommendation Form
- Provide recommendation for provision of doula services with a Pacify doula
