About this position:

We are seeking a skilled Enrollment Marketing Manager to drive program enrollment and engagement within our largest, most important clients. You'll understand each client's unique member base and, alongside your colleagues in Client Success, Design, Product, and Data Analytics, build and execute the right strategy to help us meet our revenue goals. You'll be focused on implementing our innovative, best-practice marketing strategies to ensure we reach company goals for member enrollment and engagement.

Core Responsibilities:

  • For our Medicaid clients, identify the right strategies and tactics for building effective marketing campaigns, obtain client agreement to participate in marketing, oversee execution with a cross-functional team, and monitor results to drive membership and revenue targets
  • Pilot creative new ways to spread awareness about Pacify, improving our best practices, and growing our marketing toolkit
  • Help to build process and procedure for a newly formed marketing operations team on a variety of special projects dedicated to improving performance
  • Fill gaps and identify opportunities in our marketing funnel
  • Serve as an expert in all aspects of member enrollment and engagement marketing
  • Ensure that all practices are carried out in a professional and ethical manner to maintain the company’s reputation as a high-quality, solutions provider

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Marketing
  • Experience with a wide variety of channels, including email, direct mail, SMS, MMS, digital/social, OOH, experiential, and event marketing
  • Ability to use both quantitative and qualitative data to inform our marketing strategy and tactics; able to perform impact analysis and, in partnership with a Data Analytics partner, determine estimated impact for net-new campaigns and tactics
  • Skilled in working alongside clients with 5k+ members, including objection handling and persuasiveness necessary to obtaining agreement to participate in marketing
  • Experience building marketing materials with teams like Client Success, Creative, Product, and Marketing Operations
  • Able to thrive in a highly independent environment with autonomous responsibility for an assigned book of business
  • Ability to craft audience-facing copy that drives enrollment for online and offline channels
  • Skilled in Microsoft 365 Office or Google Workspace
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
