Pacify is looking for a motivated, dedicated and experienced Senior Data Analyst to use programming experience in Python and SQL in conjunction with analytical skills to help develop new products, provide insights and highlight clinical outcomes in the form of reporting to our customers. Additionally, this role should supply data-driven direction to our clinical team. This position will report to the Assistant Vice President of Programs and Operations and will be responsible for developing and executing a logic based vision for our team. This role will be an opportunity to build analytic solutions to help better serve the families we support, as well as to be an evangelist / leader for our analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct statistical analysis of product, financial, and customer data to extract useful insights and recommendations to improve our products, business processes, and client experiences
  • Develop queries using SQL to aggregate and process data across multiple data sources
  • Create scheduled ETL pipelines / data workflows track key performance indicators
  • Create high visibility dashboards, as well as ad-hoc visualizations, to tell data stories
  • Develop and present automated reports both internally (Pacify team) and externally (partners) using a data design and sharing tool
  • Drive underlying data systems improvement by collaborating with business and engineering stakeholders
  • Manage multiple data projects (analysis, wrangling, and visualization) simultaneously
  • Be prepared to provide forecasting / predictive modeling ability

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proficient in SQL, and at least one programming language for statistical analysis (Python/R preferred)
  • Experience with Tableau, or other Business Intelligence (BI) tools; Looker and DataStudio experience are a plus+
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or related field of study
  • 4+ years of experience performing data analysis, manipulation, and reporting results to customers/clients
  • Experience collaborating with both engineering and business teams
  • Ability to communicate effectively (both written and oral) and operate independently / in ambiguity
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks quickly and effectively based on changing needs to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters’ degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, Epidemiology, Public Health, or related field or a combination of education and experience which demonstrates the necessary skills and abilities required to succeed in data analysis
  • Experience working with healthcare claims data and a strong interest in healthcare related research, including HEDIS and CAHPS
  • Experience automating data workflows and maintaining/documenting code bases
