About the position:

We're seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part with increasing brand awareness, driving membership enrollment, and supporting the growth of our Doula network. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues across Client Success, Design, Product, and Data Analytics to implement effective marketing strategies and achieve company growth objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns aimed at our Medicaid clients, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Explore innovative ways to raise awareness of Pacify Health, continually refining our marketing strategies and expanding our toolkit.
  • Assist in the development of marketing processes and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize our marketing funnel and flywheel, driving continuous improvement and maximizing results.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for all marketing-related inquiries, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Uphold high standards of professionalism and ethics in all marketing activities to safeguard the company's reputation as a trusted healthcare solutions provider.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with various marketing channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, direct mail, social media, and event marketing.
  • Familiarity with both B2B and B2C marketing, as well as team member recruitment strategies.
  • Ability to analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to inform marketing decisions and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Experience with AI marketing platforms or similar innovative technologies.
  • Proficiency in managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Prior experience in Medicaid or public health marketing.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with project management software such as Asana, Jira, or Monday.com.
  • Knowledge of customer engagement platforms like Braze or customer data platforms like Segment.
  • Previous experience in a late-stage startup environment.
  • Have a passion for mission-driven work.
