About the Position:

Pacify is seeking a motivated, data-driven, and passionate individual to join Pacify’s sales team as a Sales Development Representative. In this important role, you'll play a critical part in generating qualified leads, supporting sales enablement functions, and contributing to essential sales operations and reporting tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development:
    • Prospect and qualify leads for our sales team, utilizing various research and outreach strategies.
    • Schedule and conduct discovery calls with potential clients to understand their needs and challenges.
    • Analyze customer data and market trends to identify new opportunities and refine outreach strategies.
    • Maintain and update the sales pipeline with accurate lead information.
  • Sales Enablement:
    • Develop and deliver engaging sales materials, product demos, and presentations for the sales team.
    • Research and analyze competitor offerings to provide insights to inform sales strategies.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and deploy lead nurturing campaigns and content creation.
  • Sales Operations:
    • Assist leadership with data analysis and reporting to track sales performance, board reporting, and identify areas for improvement.
    • Support the implementation and optimization of the sales processes and tools.
    • Manage administrative tasks related to the sales cycle, such as scheduling and meeting preparation.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/ GED Required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication, written and verbal, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Data-driven and analytical with a knack for problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Familiar with customer relationship management software and other sales tools.
  • Proficient in designing presentations and using PowerPoint and Google Slides.
  • Experience applying basic formulas and functions for data manipulation in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong passion for improving maternal health outcomes.
