We are seeking a talented, bright, and energetic professional experienced in client success or account/project management to join our team. You must have exceptional communication, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills. Interacting with middle-to-senior level management of our Medicaid health plan clients, we are looking for someone who is very personable, reliable, and composed to build and maintain trusting relationships with our valued Medicaid clients. In addition, this individual needs to operate independently and be driven to uncover the root cause of a problem, quickly analyze potential solutions, and make clear and informed recommendations. This role is a permanent position that will help manage, retain, and grow our rapidly expanding Medicaid client base. The position is fast paced, highly visible to leadership and offers exciting potential for growth. You will work closely with the Director of Medicaid Programs to collaboratively manage multiple complex projects and ensure client satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an expert in all aspects of the Pacify program for our Medicaid clients and Medicaid program requirements
  • Manage on-going support of current clients (7-10 at any given time) and future clients which includes but is not limited to: on-boarding, implementation, state submission creation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and maintaining high levels of overall client satisfaction
  • Maintain or establish a trusted and strategic relationship with clients to drive continued value of our programs and ensure sustainability
  • Coordinate with internal technical, sales, marketing, and design teams to ensure delivery according to the agreed upon scope and schedule
  • Manage client expectations by building relationships, communicating project status and open issues, presenting reports, answering program questions, managing change, and facilitating regular meetings
  • Utilize sound judgment in assessing client relationship health; identifying, mitigating, and resolving problems that may arise
  • Provide ongoing support and management of new business initiatives, software upgrades, and enhancements that adhere to Medicaid program requirement
  • Work with the Director of Medicaid Programs to support client account growth and drive ongoing project activities in support of the client’s strategic objectives
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements within the Medicaid team and organization
  • Ensure that all practices are carried out in a professional and ethical manner to maintain the company’s reputation as a high-quality solutions provider

  • An interest and understanding of healthcare with a specific interest in Medicaid

  • Driven and motivated, eager to learn, with a desire to serve clients and create win-win partnerships
  • Outstanding time management skills for independent and team projects

  • Proven ability to hit and exceed targets
  • Fluency with Microsoft Office
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
